“He told me he had to come out to the Opry for an interview and that I should tag along and we would go look at Christmas lights afterward,” Hannah recalled. Fortunately, her mother asked her to dress up for the occasion, because she was planning on dressing up at all.
A few days later, the couple both took it to their respective IG to reveal the good news. “Thank you, Jesus. I get to marry my best friend. I love you forever Payton Smith. We’re gonna be the greatest love story this world has ever seen,” Hannah wrote.
As for their wedding plans, the couple remained silent. But they did share that they can’t wait to “grow old” and “raise a family together.” Also, Payton went on to add that both of their parents were married young, so it didn’t “seem crazy” to get married at ages 21 and 22.
